The American Heart Association (AHA) has released its framework, space rates, operating schedules, and rules for companies and non-profits looking to exhibit at the AHA Scientific Sessions 2026 in Chicago, IL (McCormick Place Convention Center).
2026 Exhibit Space Rates
Exhibitor pricing for the Science & Technology Hall is billed strictly per square foot:
- Standard Booth Rate: $48 per sq. ft. (effective for all applications finalized after January 19, 2026).
- Public Service Rate: $30 per sq. ft. This discounted rate applies only to the designated non-profit sector on the floor.
- Corner/Island Upcharges: There are $0 additional fees for securing island configurations or corner placements.
Live Exhibition & Operational Hours
Exhibiting activities run from November 7–9, 2026. The official daily operating schedules are:
- Saturday, November 7: 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CST
- Sunday, November 8: 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CST
- Monday, November 9: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. CST
Key Rules, Regulations, & Penalties
Staffing Mandate: Booths must remain fully open and staffed by personnel at all times during official show hours. Failure to staff a booth results in an automatic loss of priority points for future AHA site selections.
Boundary Restrictions: All promotional distributions, signage, and marketing outreach must remain strictly within your contracted booth footprint. Canvassing or placing marketing material in hallways, lobbies, or outside areas of McCormick Place is strictly prohibited.
Cancellation Deadlines
- Cancellations through April 1, 2026, incur a 50% penalty of the total space cost.
- Cancellations processed on or after April 2, 2026, require the AHA to retain 100% of the contracted fees.
